Paweł Mamcarz is a procurement transformation expert based in Warsaw, Poland. He builds the CEE region for apsolut Group — a SAP Gold Partner and multiple-time SAP Ariba MEE Partner of the Year. His portfolio spans 20+ SAP Ariba implementations across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania for clients including KGHM, Żabka Polska, PLL LOT, Motor Oil Hellas, and MOL.

Before joining apsolut, he held senior roles at SAP Polska (SAP Ariba Senior Account Executive), PZU (Strategic Project Director), PwC (Vice Director, Advisory), PKP PLK (Board Advisor), PKP Intercity (Program Director), and PKN ORLEN (Procurement Department Head, CONNECT Platform Project Manager).

He managed a 500M PLN/year procurement portfolio at PKN ORLEN and led the CONNECT sourcing platform — the largest of its kind in Poland (15 companies, 4 countries, 60-person team).
