For over 25 years I have been immersed in procurement — from financial analytics and heading purchasing departments at PKN Orlen and Bank Millennium to establishing the SAP Ariba market in Poland and the wider CEE region. Today, as Associate Partner at apsolut Group (SAP Gold Partner, multiple-time SAP Ariba MEE Partner of the Year, part of All for One Group since March 2026), I lead the CEE practice — 20+ implementations across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
Total project value delivered: over EUR 500 million for 100+ organisations — KGHM, Żabka Polska, PLL LOT, Motor Oil Hellas, MOL and others. The largest engagement: CONNECT for ORLEN Group — 15 entities, 4 countries, a 60-strong team, and the biggest sourcing platform ever deployed in Poland. Earlier clients include PGE, PGNiG, Aeroflot, PKP PLK and PKP Intercity.
Between 2008 and 2012 I stepped away from the corporate world to build my own ventures: RMS sp. z o.o. (an EU-funded start-up under the POIG 8.1 programme), Przypominamy.com, and a dozen consulting projects. That experience gave me the founder's perspective — securing EU grants, developing a product from scratch, and selling it myself.
Outside work: I hold a helicopter pilot licence PPL(H) and an aeroplane licence PPL(A) with an aerobatics rating. Owner of WarsawFlightSafety, display pilot for the Diverse Extreme Team (2013). Press photographer with Forum Agency — air-to-air shoots, video and drone production for TVP and Greek island municipalities (Samos, Chios).
In tech since 1993 — first website hosted on a VAX at UMCS Lublin, network administrator at SGH. Back then SUN, SGI Indigo, IBM AIX; today Cloudflare, React and personal web projects.

Roll-out of the Revenue Management System (JDA/RPO). 30+ team members. Integration with KURS 90, Oracle EBS, and sales channels (ticket offices, web, mobile).
Led the deployment of the CONNECT sourcing platform for 15 ORLEN Group entities across 4 countries (PL, CZ, DE, LT). The largest implementation of its kind in Poland — 60 people, SAP SRM/MM + Oracle EBS. Modules: RFx, e-auctions, contracts, central category tree, supplier database.
30-person department. Categories: IT/Telco, Consulting, Admin, Maintenance, fuel stations, fleet. Portfolio exceeding PLN 500 million per year. SAP SRM deployment. Procurement strategies for IT/Telco and retail (1,800 fuel stations, SAP RETAIL).
Oracle EBS implementation for the Lublin shared-services centre. Coordination of 215 team members and 29 sub-project managers.
IT procurement centralisation: software, hardware, maintenance services, SLAs. Contract renegotiations, administrative cost-reduction programme.
Financial controller of Poland's second-largest telecoms-and-energy conglomerate. Bond issuance of PLN 200 million (Elektrim/PZU), commercial paper programme of PLN 460 million (Elektrim/PEKAO). CEE capital markets analyst in Vienna — debt and derivative instruments.
