How I work

Decision before tool

I begin by establishing who makes the decision, what data they use and what constraints apply. Only then do I choose the process, technology and implementation approach.

In procurement, I take responsibility for money, risk and stakeholders. In applications, I translate those decisions into workflows, data and controls. Aviation brings procedural discipline and a clear division of responsibility.
